FOOD AND DRINKS ABOARD THE GULET
Your gulet comes fully staffed with crew of Captain and seamen, who sail the boat, and prepare and cook meals and give full drinks and food service.
On larger boats a chef and a hostess/steward are dedicated to menu preparation and drinks service, and care for all the guests needs.
Food supplies and drinks as ordered by you and delivered by us to the gulet, are prepared and served by the chef and crew, into three superb meals a day, plus an afternoon tea of cakes, cookies or fruit.
The style of cuisine is Turkish - Mediterranean, using the best of seasonal produce and staples, the tenderest of beef, lamb and chicken cuts, and the best choice of fish and seafood from the waters around you.
The choice and extent of the menus are decided by you first. We offer a range of budget choices that will allow everyone to have a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We also can provision the boat according to dietary requirements and health conditions, such as gluten - free, and diabetic foods.
Review the form options carefully and please choose the menu you wish to have, and also the provisioning list to help us shop for the food and drinks you enjoy.During your cruise, there will be shopping stops made at harbors along the route, to stock up on fresh foods, drinks and the essential fuel and water supplies.
The menu styles :
A Standard menu is generous in chicken, pasta, ample vegetables and salads, a fish menu and a meat menu, and the daily classic Turkish breakfast of cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumber and tea.
The choice of a Luxury menu :
Offers extras with the classic breakfast, seafood plus fish, and a variety of mezes and vegetable dishes.
The Deluxe Menu :
Employs the full talents of the chef with different preparations of fish, or meat, and much more seafood presented as imaginative dishes and classic Turkish cuisine; you will be amazed by the choice.
A VIP Menu :
Invites the gulet guests to live aboard in a manner that they aspire to, and guests tastes and expectations will be more than met by an exceptional range of dishes prepared from the very best seasonal foods, and luxury choice of seafood such as lobsters and other produce as wished for. Superb dishes and classic Turkish cuisine will make each meal memorable.
