Your passport must be valid for 6 months longer than the duration of your stay in Turkey.
Entry requirements for many nationalities of tourists require a visa: they include Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Hong Kong (BNO), India, Ireland, Netherlands, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom, USA. Since 2014 the tourist visa to Turkey can be obtained for a lower price on-line through the only official web-site run by the Turkish Government’s Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs at https://www.evisa.gov.tr Do not rely on a tourist visa being issued upon entry. Please check your requirements on the official web-site given here. ( In at least 9 languages)
Entry requirements for Argentina, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland. A valid passport but no visa is necessary for a stay of up to three months.
